Transfer news LIVE! Arsenal’s new track dropped; Chelsea plots big sale – Evening Standard

The summer window is in full swing and now the clubs are spread all over the world on pre-season tours, but that doesn’t stop the spending. Arsenal have already spent over £200m but Mikel Arteta wants more signings amid ongoing links with Southampton’s Romeo Lavia and Gremio midfielder Bitello.

Chelsea have been more interested in exits than inflows in recent weeks but are hoping to land No. 1 target Moises Caicedo this week in a deal expected to cost more than £70m. A new offer will be sent to Brighton for the youngster imminently. Randal Kolo Muani, from Frankfurt, is the last linked striker.
