International management company IMG has appointed Staci Hallmon as its new Senior Vice President (SVP) for Arts and Entertainment Events in North America. The appointment was announced earlier this week and Hallmon will begin her new role immediately.
In her new position, Hallmon will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IMG’s arts and entertainment events across North America, including the development of new events, strategic planning, and partnerships.
Hallmon is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in event management, marketing, and business development. She previously worked at ViacomCBS, where she served as Vice President of Global Experiential Marketing and Events, overseeing events such as the MTV Video Music Awards and the BET Awards.
In a statement, IMG’s Global Head of Events, Chris Stadler, said Hallmon’s experience and expertise make her a perfect fit for the company’s arts and entertainment division.
“Staci’s ability to create and execute world-class events, coupled with her strategic vision and industry expertise, make her the ideal leader for our arts and entertainment business,” said Stadler.
Hallmon said she is excited to join IMG and looks forward to expanding the company’s presence in the arts and entertainment sector.
“I am thrilled to be joining IMG and leading the charge for its Arts and Entertainment Events division,” said Hallmon. “I look forward to developing new and innovative events that will excite and engage audiences across North America.”
IMG is one of the world’s largest sports, entertainment, and media companies, with a portfolio that includes events such as New York Fashion Week and the Miami Open. With the appointment of Hallmon, the company is expected to expand its presence in the arts and entertainment industry even further.
