Are you ready for your next step in publishing? DK Eyewitness’ Travel Division is looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to work on our growing list of travel guides and gift and inspiration books.
You will be responsible for delivering a variety of projects, from guidebook updates to new titles, market research and sales materials.
We are looking for someone keen to develop their editorial and project management skills through regular feedback and learning opportunities. A passion for travel and travel publishing is a must.
You should:
- an understanding of the fundamentals of commissioning, editing and producing visual editorial content
- Proven ability to manage projects from a list of titles while maintaining schedules and budgets
- editing, proofreading and research skills
- the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- an understanding of what makes good content
- Experience working with InDesign will be valued.
