Art as a Form of Healing: UCF Program Utilizes Creative Expression to Support Mental Health

The University of Central Florida (UCF) is using art as a form of therapy to support mental health and wellbeing. The program, called “Using Art to Heal,” provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals to express themselves creatively and process difficult emotions.
